Recentemente, la SIAE territoriale ha inoltrato un’informativa agli utenti con abbonamento al diritto di autore dovuto per la diffusione sonora e/o videosonora di “musica d’ambiente” del repertorio SIAE per mezzo degli apparecchi elencati nella prima tabella dell’accordo, reperibile in area riservata.
Dal 2016 il pagamento di tali diritti può essere effettuato anche OnLine con carta di credito; e per questa novità, ma solo per quest’anno, il termine del rinnovo del pagamento è posticipato al 18 marzo 2016. Vuol dire che il termine rimarrà il 28 di febbraio come sempre è stato.
Per pagare l’abbonamento con carta di credito è necessario accedere al sito www.siae.it, cliccare “rinnovi musica d’ambiente” ed autenticarsi inserendo il codice abbonamento e il Codice Fiscale del circolo (o Partita Iva).
E’ sempre possibile utilizzare il bollettino MAV già compilato e fatto arrivare a ciascun circolo qualora non sia variata la composizione degli apparecchi installati.
In ogni caso è possibile provvedere al pagamento recandosi personalmente agli uffici SIAE territoriali.
Si fa notare che il ritardo del pagamento potrebbe far scattare il diniego alla convenzione con addebito di tariffe non convenzionate per l’anno in corso e quello successivo.
