Il decreto correttivo alla delega fiscale sulla semplificazione degli adempimenti tributari prevede, tra l’altro, che la chiusura delle partite Iva inattive avvenga d’ufficio e senza l’elevazione di sanzioni. In particolare, l’Agenzia delle Entrate procederà alla cancellazione delle posizioni che risultino ferme da 3 anni, dopo aver preavvisato il contribuente.
L’agenzia delle Entrate mette a disposizione dei contribuenti uno strumento (LINK) per la verifica delle partite Iva: è sufficiente digitare il codice IVA dell’ente ed attendere l’elaborazione del motore di ricerca che vi dirà se risulta attiva o inattiva.
